Join our Early Years or Health and Social Care Skills Bootcamp and unlock your full potential. This 8-week programme is designed to equip you with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the Early Years or Health and Care sectors.

Our Early Years Skills Bootcamp is an 8-week programme (face-to-face delivery only), designed to equip learners with the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in early years settings such as nurseries, childcare, childminding, and playgroups.

The programme covers key areas including safeguarding, child development, supporting learning, managing transitions, working with families, and professional practice. Learners will also have the opportunity to complete a short placement within a nursery setting, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Cohort 1: 11th May 2026 – 7th July 2026
(No delivery on 25th and 26th May)
Delivery days: Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:30am – 2:30pm

Cohort 2: 13th July 2026 – 15th September 2026
(No delivery on 24th, 25th, and 31st August, and 1st September)
Delivery days: Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:30am – 2:30pm

Our Health and Social Care Skills Bootcamp is an 8-week programme (face-to-face delivery only), designed to equip learners with the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in health and social care settings such as residential care, home care, and community care.

The programme covers key areas including safeguarding, mental health, personal development, duty of care, communication, and infection control. On completion, learners are guaranteed a job interview, supporting progression into employment within the sector.
